What is the recommended dosage of Clopidogrel for adults, and how should it be adjusted for patients with specific risk factors or conditions?
The usual adult dose of Clopidogrel is 75 mg daily. For acute coronary syndrome, a 300 mg loading dose is recommended, followed by 75 mg/day.
Patients with renal or liver impairment may require dose adjustments but generally, they can use the standard dose. Monitor for increased bleeding risks.
