What are the potential endocrine side effects of aspirin, including its effects on adrenal or thyroid function and how are these managed?
Aspirin generally has minimal endocrine effects. However, it can rarely interfere with thyroid function by increasing thyroid-binding proteins. Management is typically not necessary unless symptoms present.
