What effects does terbutaline have on blood pressure and how should this be managed in patients with pre-existing hypertension or hypotension?
Terbutaline may cause a decrease in blood pressure. Patients with hypertension should monitor their BP, and adjustments to their antihypertensive medications might be needed.
