3. Extended Pantoprazole use is linked to a higher chance of chronic kidney disease and vitamin B12 deficiency, particularly in the elderly.
4. Chronic Pantoprazole treatment may cause vitamin and mineral deficiencies and elevate the risk of Clostridium difficile infections.
