How does Metoclopramide interact with antipsychotic medications and what precautions should be taken to avoid adverse drug interactions or side effects?
Metoclopramide can enhance the side effects of antipsychotics, such as increased CNS depressant effects. It can also raise prolactin levels. Careful monitoring is advised.
