Amoxicillin and antihistamines generally do not interact negatively. They can be safely used together to manage infections and allergic symptoms without reducing effectiveness or causing adverse reactions.
Amoxicillin does not affect the efficacy of antihistamines in alleviating allergy symptoms. There is no substantial risk of adverse reactions or reduced drug effectiveness when both are used concurrently.
