Fertility readiness check
Five questions, one screen, every one optional. You get back a list of questions to ask at your appointment — not a score, and not an opinion on what treatment you need.
Free, always Anonymous — no email, no name, no account Nothing is saved
What this is, and is not
1 It is a list of questions Built from the six on every LifeLinkr doctor profile, plus any that follow from your answers.
2 It is not an assessment No score, no percentage, no chance of success, and no view on whether you need IVF. Only a doctor who can examine you and read your reports can say any of that.
3 It is not a diagnosis Naming a condition you already have does not confirm it. LifeLinkr holds no clinical authority.
Why we can say anonymous
1 Nothing to fill in No email, no name, no phone, no account — and no free-text box anywhere.
2 Nothing stored Your answers are not written to a database, a file or an email, and no cookie is set. They are used once to choose questions, then discarded.
3 Nothing in the address bar Answers travel as a POST, so they are not in the URL and not in any request log. The only line our server keeps is the same one it keeps for any page you open, and it holds no answers.
Which means we cannot send you your list later, and there is nothing for you to delete. Send it to yourself or print it before you leave.
